Unique to Place2Live is our high standard and efficiency of property maintenance. Having developed all our properties ourselves, we have a vested interest in maintaining their great condition for many years to come. All maintenance is carried out by the same skilled team of associated contractors who also developed our properties.

  • Non-emergency problems: mostly attended to within 1 working day.

    Immediate referral to a specialist contractor on the rare occasions that that might be necessary.

    Emergency problems: high priority; visit within hours.

  • Minimum of 24 hours’ notice given of all property visits.

    Opportunity for re-scheduling if inconvenient.

    We understand and respect that the property is the tenant’s home for the duration of the tenancy.

  • Internal: minimum every 3 years

    External: minimum every 5 years

    Tenant will be informed of previous decoration date prior to contract signing.

  • Existing tenants are usually willing to provide references with regard to the quality of our property maintenance services. Please ask for details.
