Maintenance
Unique to Place2Live is our high standard and efficiency of property maintenance. Having developed all our properties ourselves, we have a vested interest in maintaining their great condition for many years to come. All maintenance is carried out by the same skilled team of associated contractors who also developed our properties.

Non-emergency problems: mostly attended to within 1 working day.
Immediate referral to a specialist contractor on the rare occasions that that might be necessary.
Emergency problems: high priority; visit within hours.

Minimum of 24 hours’ notice given of all property visits.
Opportunity for re-scheduling if inconvenient.
We understand and respect that the property is the tenant’s home for the duration of the tenancy.

Internal: minimum every 3 years
External: minimum every 5 years
Tenant will be informed of previous decoration date prior to contract signing.

Existing tenants are usually willing to provide references with regard to the quality of our property maintenance services. Please ask for details.
